Corporate changes were coming to a local manufacturing site and they needed to be implemented quickly with minimal delays.
We started by facilitating an off-site with the senior management team to assess the impact of the changes and the readiness of the organization to change. The result was an action plan in which we facilitated a series of department meetings to determine how they would adjust and implement the changes. The changes were implemented in a timely and effective manner with no significant issues or problems.
