Manufacturing – ERP Implementation

Having created a change management role in HR, the VP of HR wanted our expertise to guide the change effort and develop their internal skills.  We began with assessing the impact of the changes on various departments and operations across the country, developing an overall change strategy and roadmap, setting up a change champion network and engaging individual departments in the readiness effort.

The result was an immediate increase in understanding and acceptance of the need to change and the beginning of initiatives to ensure people were ready and able at go live.
